Q1: What is your main products ?
We are a factory with 11 years of manufacturing custom printing Color Box, Gift Box, Leather Box, Paper Box, Wooden Box, Paper Bag, Wine Box, Cosmetic Box, Jewelry box, Recyclable Paper Packing,Gift bag, etc.

Q2: Could you provide samples ?
Yes, we are happy to send you free samples.

Q3: What is sample time and mass production time ?
Usually, sample time is about 3 days for exist sample, 5 days for dummy,7-9 days for digital sample and 10 days for offset sample.

Q4: What color printing you can provide ?
We can provide Offset five color printing, full color (CMYK printing) and PMS color printing.

Q5: What size can you provide ?
We accept OEM products, so any size are avaiable.

Q6: What machine do you have ?
One Five Color Heidelberg printer, one Komori four color printer, one automatic gluing machine, one automatic UV machine, one automatic beer machine, five hand-held beer machines,  one card mounting machine, and one automatic box gluing machine etc.

Q7: Where is your factory located ? How can i visit there ?
Our factory located in Shenzhen City.
We can arrange a car to pick you up at Shenzhen Airport if needed, welcome to visit .

Q8: What information should i give you if i want to get a quotation ?
-AI or PDF production drawing or size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
-Material and surface handling (We could advise if you're not sure)
-Printing colors
-Purchase quantity

Q9: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
