Theory Design is bringing an elevated, modern coastal interior to life in Seagate Development Group’s upcoming Pinehurst model home. Located in the enviable Quail West Golf & Country Club, this 4,800-plus-square-foot residence will draw future owners in with its natural finishes and materials, along with timeless details, tranquil views and resort-style features.

“I am partnering with interior designer Celeste Cornejo on what will be a sight to behold,” said Ruta Menaghlazi, vice president of design. “The Pinehurst will take each beautiful detail of a home and raise it to its fullest potential, capturing endless amounts of inspiration and capitalizing on holistic elements from floor to ceiling.”

The modern essence of the Pinehurst will be apparent from the onset — with a white, gray and black color scheme. It will include ebony-stained brackets, lightly colored stack-stone cladding, black sconces alongside a black-ledged breezeway,.

The hardwood-flooring-lined interior will be highlighted by a great room with an LED-lit tiered cove ceiling and a slat media wall off the foyer and just before a highly amenitized outdoor living area. The nearby chef’s kitchen will incorporate a reverse soffit, LED-cove-lit ceiling above earth-toned cabinetry and black-finished hardware. Homeowners and guests will enjoy an expansive quartzite island, luxury appliances as well as breathtaking views of a Zen garden terrace. The elegant wet bar will offer a black bowl sink with a champagne bronze faucet, quartzite countertop and brass-finished hanging shelf. The dining area with a black-finished, sophisticated wine room will complete this open-concept main living space.

The split floor plan will feature the master suite with an inviting morning bar and private views of the outdoor living area. The getaway-like master bath will accommodate dual vanities, a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower with bench — all surrounded by weathered-ash cabinetry and marble flooring.

The journey through the Pinehurst will end in the vacation-style outdoor living area. Theory Design’s vision encapsulates a two-sided fireplace overlooking an outdoor kitchen and dining area. Steppingstones and LED bubbler bowls will light the path to the swimming pool and raised infinity-edge spa below a trellis pergola with waterfall feature. ¦
