Featuring some of the city’s very best independent breweries, the calendar is also in support of local charity, Lifeshare.

A great gift for any beer lover this Christmas, MCRBeer’s brand-new advent calendar has brought together Manchester’s craft breweries to showcase some of the best beers emerging from the current scene.

Behind each of the 24 doors are various beers from local breweries including; Sureshot, Track, Cloudwater, Wander Beyond, Alphabet, Beer Union, Marble, Seven Bro7hers Brothers, Pomona Island, Shindigger, Blackjack, First Chop and Squawk, spanning IPAs, lagers and seasonal releases. 

With winter brewing and canning schedules currently being finalised the team behind the box will bring as many new and seasonal beers as possible in the calendar. A full beer list will be published early in November.

£2 from each calendar purchased is being donated to Lifeshare Partnership, a charity committed to meeting the needs of homeless and vulnerable people in Manchester and Salford. 

The charity’s main objectives are:

Designed and launched by the team behind MCRBeer, the aim of the calendar is to showcase the incredible beers emerging from Manchester’s independent brewers, as well as to raise valuable funds for local good causes.

The design of the box comes from renowned cityscape illustrator Susie Wright, and features famous Manchester landmarks such as the Town Hall, Beetham Tower and Manchester Central Library.

The calendar can be shipped anywhere in the UK and must be ordered by Tuesday 15th November so that it’s dispatched in time for the start of December. Calendars ordered before the 1st November will also save £3.
